How Long will my Delivery take?
Orders placed by between 6am and 3pm will be posted the same day as payment is received. Orders placed between 3pm and 6am will be posted the next working day.  We use a courier service that will deliver to your specified delivery address within 3 working days. Please note a signature will be required. (please note that we cannot answer queries about parcels not being delivered or late until after 3 working days from your shipping date. A parcel is not considered late by us until after 3 working days as specified above, you will not be automatically due a refund if your parcel is received within 3 working days.)

I have not received my order within 3 working days, what do I do?
In the unlikely event that you have not received your order with 3 working days (Monday to Friday), please contact us by telephone on 01392 257754 or e-mail and we will attend to your needs as soon as we can.

I want to return my order, How do I do this?
If you have not opened your order please e-mail us at with your order reference (found on your original confirmation e-mail) and state the reason for return. This must be done within 7 days of the receipt of goods.  We will then authorize return and you can arrange postage back to us. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will issue a refund via your original payment method (minus original postage costs). If you return goods to us without e-mailing first we reserve the right to charge a £2.50 administration fee.

I have opened my order, I now want to return it, How do I do this?
Once you have opened the goods they are deemed to be in your possession  From this point you have 7 Days to return them if required. If you would like to return them, please e-mail us at stating the reason for return. We will then authorize returns and you can arrange postage of the goods to us. Please not due to distance selling regulations goods must be returned via post, and cannot be brought into store where your rights are different. Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving returns authorization, and upon inspection we will refund your order, minus original postage costs. If goods are soiled, used or damaged we reserve the right to charge a fee, or to withhold a refund.

I've seen something online I would like to purchase in-store.
If you have seen an item online you would like to purchase from one of our stores, please give us a ring or e-mail us first if it is imperative you have that item on a particular day. Our website lists company stock between our two stores, so if an item is in stock online it may not be available in both stores. If you let us know what you want and when you want it we will always do our best to make sure it is available, if you give us enough notice !

Halloween Stock

An item says sold out, is it available?
Our website now lists the available stock of both stores, this means that certain sizes and items are listed as SOLD OUT. This does not necessarily mean that the item is unavailable, it may just be that we have sold our current stock and we may be able to re-order a particular item or size for you as long as you give us notice. We can generally get hold of available stock within 24 hours, so as long as you try and give us a bit of notice we will do our best to get your item. Please note specific customer orders may be subject to a deposit to secure the item.

What Size am I?
The art of Fancy Dress sizing is one that we don't even understand after years in the business ! Unfortunately due to the nature of the costumes it is not like going to Primark or H&M where lots of size options are available. Most costumes are designed to go between sizes so that they can fit the majority. We have included Size guidelines on our site, these are provided by our manufacturers, and they give a good indication of size. However please be aware they will not be exact, they will vary with every costume. Generally the easy way of working it out is that if a costume is a tight fitting costume in the picture it will be very close to the size guidelines given, if it is looser fitting then it will have greater stretch either side of these sizes. We will always be happy to give you specific measurements or details about any costume, so please, if you are unsure contact us first and we will do our best to help.
